Thanks Matt, funny i actually thought about your car today. Took my wife to Watkins glen for the day today on her birthday and coincidentally ended up convincing her to head to the track for a few minutes.. There was a Porche club there from somewhere in New England- SCORE! We watched for a little while. Not 1 928, but an old 911 had paint very similar to yours. Some of the guys in the Caymans were flying. Lots of boxters/944's too. But not 1 928. was a little disappointed.
The steering wheel belongs to cschou's 928. I believe he's located in Denmark. I am trying to get some information out of him regarding how he's been able to get that to install. The splined thread diameter on the 997 steering wheel is huge compared to the 928's which is less than an inch in diameter. Maybe he gutted the airbag and has a Momo steering wheel adapter buried inside. That was one of my thoughts about how to get it to work... Hopefully he responds. I will try to get a picture of the dash installed for you.
In the future feel free to call me Steve.
Heres a little Lambo door action for your Friday afternoon...
The small 6L engine. Found the carbs stuffed away so why not use them? The heads have been put away for years since I made them in the mid 90´s. Now it is time to finish this very old project.

On the next two days (Oct 15th and 16th) you could have watched a DE sponsored by the Hudson-Champlain PCA group (mine). I wasn't there, but our other 928 owner was (the fellow on the right, John Schaefer). His is a track car.
