Stainless X made locally. Rear end fits right into stock middle silencers so there is no need to mess around with any aftermarket clamps which will leak anyway.

Erkka, you're getting some really nice 'local' work done there in Finland. Are you giving the fabricator the specs/measurements or is he going on his own?

We gave them stock cat converter setup to use as sample. So far only problem is lambda mounting point in middle of X. It points too much straight up and there isn't enough space between X and heat shield for lambda sensor. Should be easy fix by changing mounts angle. Everything else fits very well. Whole point of the exercise was to get parts which are easy to install using factory mounting points. Every other X style I know has problems at exit. These are same lenght, have same pipe diameter and distance between pipes as stock setup. Same company has earlier done stainless silencer for '78 MY using stock part as sample. So we knew they do good work.
