I rarely drive it & still haven't reach 1k. I need to change the Timing belt(Hopefully by 2-3 weeks time)- All parts from Roger(928sRus) arrive last 2 weeks- but I'm waiting for the porken tensioner/Audi parts.(2 weeks time)-Once all done- I'll drive it every-time.
I just did some short drive & start it every few days to warm up the car.

Here are some more 928 asses. Nicole was talking about the AIR front and rear ends with regard to a car that is about to come up for sale. She was talking about how they had to lower the position of the S4 tail lights so they would fit on the back end of an OB/S car, so here is a shot of my AIR rear end on my race car and you can see how much lower (about an inch or so) the lights are than on my S4 or GTS...including AO84 and BLUE82 just for good measure... enjoy!
Bill, those are GREAT SHOTS! Man, I love that part of CA out there...never been, but I have seen a lot of pics and it sure looks like a place where I could be pretty happy and content! Green with envy bro!

Richter, read my post above... that is an AIR rear end... American International Racing...or something like that...AIR... those holes in the bottom (like where the exhaust is) used to have slats or louvers if you will too...Mark Anderson had removed those or some were broken or something when we got it, so we just finished them off and made some nice holes.

This is the same AIR rear end as on my race car but here it is on an early '80's street car. You can see the "louvers" at the bottom in place on this rear end.

James - thank you for the compliments on the pictures. I'll post a few more when I get on my other computer. If you ever get the chance to get out to N. CA please let me know - I'd be happy to take you for a ride on some of our fantastic roads in the Sierras . This is the road I was on today:
