It seems from previous postings that it will take some elbow grease to get there....

Thanks Z! No, she's a garage queen. That said, I do drive her up to 2,500 miles/year (the limits of my insurance policy). Haven't been able to get out recently due to the weather. Here's what it looked like over Christmas and again just this past week, along with a closer view of the engine bay.

Z, LOVE your car! I'd be a little concerned that your license plate appears to be blocking a significant portion of the air intake though.

Hello Chuck,

Thanks... I like your car too. In fact- I've saw your car pictures with the black wheels/rims on it when I was doing some research on rennlist months ago before purchasing I was drooling.

I wonder where should the front plates suppose to be? A bit higher? There's a metal plate holder mounted at the back of the plate, I assume it's Original? i will take pics tomorrow.

WOW. Nice car -like a showroom piece.

- Once all the parts arrive from Roger & all install- I want to clean the engine bay like yours & I would just use it as a weekend car. I plan to drive it everyday but change my mind because road conditions here are horrible.

If it's raining over here- I would just drive the BMW 328 instead of the 928. Hehe.

Here's a pic during stereo installation

Default Icy Track day at the Bedford Autodrome

Pictures from Saturday, there was snow and ice on the way to Bedford, but lots of fun on the track.

Is your car an auto? Is it worth taking the car for a track session sometime?

No, mine's manual, but there are plenty of Autos that attend the annual Castle Combe 928 Track Day.

I did a DE in the Dallas area a few years ago with my S4 auto and I was pleasantly surprised and actually enjoyed having the auto. As a rank amateur "performance driver" it was nice to not have to pay attention to shifting, just drove the car.

Forgot pic....
