I doubt he owns it. It used to be such that non-citizens could not own any property in Switzerland, and even citizens would never own the property outright. Not sure why, and if that is still so.

Anyway, here is a WOR you don't see in any calendar... Taken on Christmas eve outside some friends' home - illuminated only by street lights.
