Looks like a GM/Chevy pickup front lamp assy, with the S4+ corner lamp. I've seen a few of these and the look is definitely an update from the yellowed plastic US-spec candles that most early Cars now sport. More details on the conversion??

My nose had some pretty nice chips in it, although not as large as the ones in your pic. An hour of touch-up, a week to cure, and an afternoon to finish it all up made the whole front (fenders and hood) look chip-less. Spend a minute with some of the chip repair guidelines on Larry Reynolds' carcareonline.com website for some hints. It's way better than the blasted look. Fortunately, black is one of the easier colors to fix, as single stage paint.

This is a pic from the PO. I bought it sight unseen last fall. I was looking for something to occupy by mind and spare time over the winter. I had several things ordered up before I even took delivery. The most significant was an aftermarket fiberglass nose and tail section to update the body style. Of course I was not thinking of all the other stuff (lights) that went along with the change. Now it is almost summer and I am still working on it. This weekend I installed recovered and rehabed interior rear qtrs and it is starting to feel like a car again rather than a project. I have a few more things to do before SITM.
BTW. You are correct on the FOG. More fabrication than I would have liked but it looks better in person than in the photo. The gray area between the fog and turn is actually clear silicone. To small for the clear pc from nicole, but to big to just leave open. It does look clear in person.

Cool GM? fog/driving light replacement, Brian.
Vaguely remember it was a certain year Chevy Tahoe lights that someone had tried.
Wonder if it'll be bright enough to use as real headlights even though they are
now mounted much lower than stock location.
Looks like the front tire was mounted backwards rotation-wise.

Yes, it is 92-200? gm pc. Lense is perfect size but lots of trim to remove in order for it to fit. I have both bulbs wired to the parking lights so it looks great, but I am uncertain if they would provide enough light to drive by.
