A couple of Porsche oil cap designs that I just had commissioned out of CNC Billet Aluminum. Sorry, no pics on the car yet because the poor girl is on the other side of the country getting a new engine at Greg Brown's shop.

Here are all the "cool" pictures if someone wants them for a background or screensaver. Shot with Canon Eos 350D.

Did someone say "global warming"? Not here....
Why was the car sitting outside, some may ask. The problem was a mouse in the garage that managed to come inside the car and started chewing on the seats Moved the car outside a couple of days as I did not know if the mouse was inside the car or went in and out of it when it was in the garage. The mouse was never found, it can consider itself lucky for that....

Winter tyres and lots of grime on the wheels suggests you use it during winter too Christian.
A few questions springs to mind:
How's it to drive in slippery conditions (But with the 'right' tyres) ?
How about deep snow ?
Do they use salt on Norwegian roads ? (If so, how's the car coping rust-wise ?)
OT: You into hifi too ?
Cheers,
Erling

Well, the birds are leaving Norway every autumn, why the he**do we stay up here? The winters aren't that cold, but I don't like it when it's below -5 Celsius. Had to use the car one Saturday morning driving to Oslo Airport in -22 C, but the car started without problems and that big V8 keeps it varm and cosy inside.
The S4 was used a bit during the two winters I had it, the E6 is being salted, but not the small roads in the city where I live. I wouldn't use it every day on salty roads, if I did, I'd wash it often. Oslo is a big salty mess every winter, not an ideal place to use your car (Porsche or not) every day, so I'm glad I don't live there.
When people drive around in 911's during the winter (some do, met a 993 with a ski rack today ) a 928 would do just fine. Weight distrubution is perfect and I used original 16" alloys with 205 studded tires all around, no problem at all. Of course you have to be a bit careful with your right foot with rwd, automatic, 320 bhp and snow/ice, but I managed quite well except for one day at low speeds I decided to try to keep the car sideways through a 90 degree left turn I ended up in the snow with the front first, stupid move, but fortunately I could back up and continue.... Didn't drive it deep snow, but I guess it won't be many centimetres before you get into trouble.
OT: I did run my own hi-fi shop with Bang & Olufsen, Bose and Loewe, but closed it down last year. To expensive stuff for a city with only 28.000 inhabitants. B&O is great, want to buy a pair of BL5's, quite good prices in the second hand market in DK
