Nice. Since your car's on the bottom, this is where you hope that your car's 'travelmate' isn't leaking fluids. Looks like an early P1800.
My car's travelmate was a brand new Mercedes CLK that was going to be delivered to Vanessa Williams (my GT didn't mind being on the bottom at all)

The company I work for did the carbon work on these wheels. these are strictly show wheels. Its an aluminum wheel with a carbon skin, and the spoke that crosses the other two is just bonded on. The wheels are not strong enough to roll on. At the shows the car is rolled into place on other wheels, and then these wheels are put on. These wheels were a PITA.

It's traveling up front on the bottom, with an 80's Mercedes overhead. DeMoise uses a drape system under the top cars and all the cars are tied down with nylon straps over the tires. According to Bill DeMoise, there should be no problems at all.

Usually there aren't. Most cars that are being moved via covered transport aren't dripping fluids (unless of course they're Italian)
Mark, you must be so stoked for delivery.
Did you even notice that today is Thanksgiving (not that that matters)?

This is going down as the most difficult Thanksgiving in memory for a lot of reasons and I'm so thankful my family is around. Right now I'm just completely spent, and the 928 is giving me a nice escape. I really can't wait for it to get here.

Chuck, I don't blame you. I'd have mixed emotions as well. From the first picture that I saw of that car, I realized that it was unquestionably one of the nicest looking 928s that I've ever seen/likely will ever see.

That car is about as sweet as it gets in the 928 world!

Chuck, that has got to be one ot the most beautiful 928's I have ever seen. I would love to find an example like that when the time comes.

"I would love to find an example like that when the time comes."
If ever you do, I suggest that you keep tabs on this car, because I believe that this is the example.
Consider how many manual '95 GTS' there originally were. Now consider how many low mileage Concours examples remain.
If you're partial to that deep blue, you've narrowed the field down to one car.
That guy in McLean must have had to have this car. I can't imagine what he had to pony up for it.
(Sorry, no picture....I'm pressed to come up with something worthy)
