So, now I have all three X-Pipes, the Motorsport, the Great Britain solution and yet the Martellius from Finland. The later ones are plug and play without clamps.

Simard Seven Liter? Are those Dart sleeves?

Twin Turbo Todd Seven Liter. Todd and Mike more or less built these engines in tandem, each having their own theories on how to do it. Todd made the sleeves in his home shop.

Anyone with access to a lathe can make cylinder sleeves. It is a fairly simple operation. Careful, however, is the outer diameter for a correct fit in the engine block.
Boring and honing is performed when the sleeve is installed in the engine block.

Oh yea, I forgot Mike also made his own sleeves, since Darton, a company that makes sleeves to order, was unable to make them, but anyone can do it.....

Another one of Todd's crazy ideas that we'll be duplicating on my 87, hopefully soon.
