Mark has a 96.0 mm piston with rings if that's a 4.5 and the other 7 bores are ok. I used the 95.5 on my current project. Though your gouges look a little worse than 0.5mm (?)

Thanks Rob! I might buy one on the off chance I want to build the motor. It’s a spare ATR block that I wasn’t planning on using. Now my #11 block does have on cylinder gouged lightly that one of those pistons would fit the bill for. I better get them coming while I can.
[QUOTE=olmann;18497107]Beautiful car! The Pascha misplacement make me sad./QUOTE]
I have some patterns taken by Drooman from the pasha interior of his former 1978 OB #997 that make accurate pasha panel cutting and placement somewhat easier.
Yeah, the seats were a disappointing 11 month odyssey punctuated by delays, miscommunications (despite providing the proper patterns), Pascha-induced macular degeneration, a death, and an exorbitant final cost. They're not terrible, they're just not right. Too late to worry about it now.

Clearly I used the wrong upholsterer!
Wow, sorry to hear that you had that much trouble. Really is a shame with as outstanding as the rest of the car looks. I think if you were to have just the door cards and head rests redone on the front seats the rest would be tolerable for sure.
When it comes to the Pascha layout I'm extremely critical, especially when it comes to myself. I have several original 78 Pascha seats and door cards that I have harvested, disassembled and laid out to verify proper placement. I then made additional clear patterns that I have marked primary markers on for accurate and repeatable results. I have spent a lot of time with it to make sure and I have had to walk away several times as the pattern will make you cross eyed! The new Pascha material does vary slightly from the original but you really can only tell if you have both side by side to compare. Looking at it you won't notice.
