Shaft movment on pinch bolt (2-3mm)...
New and old MM's, I will check engine hight, and movement again tomorow...

~3mm rearward movement of the coupling when releasing the pinch bolt is fairly typical: use the distance between the edge of the coupling and the machined shoulder on the prop shaft as the reference distance for monitoring purposes.
New OEM MM's are 78mm face to face - and the Ford/Corteco/Rock auto ones are often 76mm. Your old ones look to be collapsed ~10mm. Never heard of any post install sagging: how do the air tubes now fit under the crossbar? tighter than previously?
First HID install I've seen where the ballasts were mounted on top of the fenders ... looks a little 'rice' to me ..
