Tensioner pivot bolt supercede/upgrade?

Default Holy broken shoulder bolt Bus-man!

(Until there's a production PorKensioner... ) I think a stud would be the best to use as the pivot, along with the later water pump support bracket, with a larger hole. A machined aluminum or brass sleeve would fill out the tensioner arm hole.

A stud would stop accidental overtorquing, and not have the weak point where the screw machining meets the shoulder.
