Airport Options: If you can, consider flying in to Ontario instead of Orange County/ John Wayne airport. The afternoon drive from the airport will be just a lot easier from Ontario. It's serviced by major carriers last time I looked.

Doesn't look like I'm going to make this one. Next year will be a much better year for shark activities.

After all the work you've put in moving and all, you deserve a weekend vacation, Dave!

Thanks Bob, I think I deserve a couple at this point. I had a nice long weekend, Labor day -- which I spent laboring on my rack/oil pan/MM job. Then last weekend I went on a 4-day camping trip. Still much to do, building a shed before the rainy season, etc. Plus the backlog at work, covering for two who are no longer there. As much as I'd love to go, I just have too much going on. Trust me, I'm going to leverage this "great sacrifice" and I'll be seeing a lot more of everyone next year!

Funny you ask. Im currently in SNA just starting a trip today sitting at the sign in computer in the lounge. Bids closed the 15th but as of this AM they are not out. Im still up in the air whether i can make it this year...my sons 6th birthday is on the 20th(a weekend this year)....i may end up dragging the whole family along....parking the car at 928intl on Sat with the hood up, leaving it there, then going to Disney land for the day or somehting.

With out going too OT..Wheres the best place..deal to get Disney land tickets for a family?

H, it's just not in the cards. If you can make your way to the bay area either on your way down or on your way back, maybe we can do lunch/dinner. That's as far as I swing, brutha...

I don't believe there are discount tickets to D-Land unless you are stayng at the resorts. Check out their web site.

PHP Code:
Can 951 guys come?? Would we be welcome???
Considering the current enviroment, that's a time bomb, like Spy VS. Spy type stuff.

Most of the guys are easy going, just don't let them know you drove a 951 from NY. The turbo guys will start asking you questions on WG selection and control...

Parking for us is across the street and I'm fine with that, this is afterall a 928 event. Last year I hung at the back of the fun run out of respect, but that quickly changed to join the "drivers" of the group.

BTW, my current turbo has a lot of lung at elevation.

I thought exiting burnout's were a requirement this year!
