Try here...odds are good that they will have it, but you will need to know the correct size and thread pitch that you are after.

Tim Murphy made one for his supercharger kit I think. I need one too!
The problem with making one or buying a generic part is that you WILL need an O-ring for the seal. Look at the picture below: You need to seal the adaptor some way, and screwing it down until it contacts the rail will NOT work! The flat surface of the rail actually sits at a slight angle to the adaptor and you'll never get a seal.

I have 6' of stainless braided fuel line(from Autometer, that I can screw into my autometer FP gauge)that I want to connect to the adaptor and then connect the line to the FP gauge........No, is it not going in the passenger compartment; I am gonna mount it to the hood so as not to to have fireball in my car
. I always liked that look although I am weird like that. So that adaptor will connect to the fuel line then I am assuming?

The Auto Meter fitting is male metric to female npt. You will need a female metric to female npt for it to work (if you are going to use it where I think you want to).
Carl at 928 Motorsports stocks the gauge and adaptor that I developed for my earlier sc kits.

We are talking 83 - 16v, and in my case 81 - 16v, here.
Do you know if it will still fit?

That is what I have in my car. Worked pretty good once we/I read the instructions. They give you a drilled rail endcap, two "L" fittings and the meter. It is kinda expensive but it works great. Just remember the teflon tape.![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
After re-reading the original post though you said "remote." Guess that my solution wouldn't work to well for ya.

In my case I need a male to female adaptor so I'm guessing the auto meter part will work in my case. (83) I'll look at my 80 when I get home to see if it is the same. I wouldn't think the would change it since it was designed for the Porsche shop to install their shop meters while tuning?
