Hi From newbie
Hi
I have been reading over the last couple of months, for amusement as well as the info. Thought I would join and say thanks... so thanks very much.
Currently sat around waiting for my 928 to arrive home, it's been in the shop for the best part of 3 months. Nothing critical just a long deserved overhaul and a little upgrading, she spent a lot of time waiting for parts.

Welcome to the SharkTank - if you feel a nibble at your toes, it's just Randy.

In the Rennlist Word:

Randy V = Michael Corleone with a Martini (although lately he's reminding me of Fredo )

Wow what a welcome!
Now as far as turbos and intercoolers go... I could be persuaded either way, I just won't do it quick. I have had the 928 for just over a year, had a service, travelled around 15000 miles and then thought about where best to spend the money, and how to explain it to the other woman in my life!
Okay details:
Brake mod - up to S4 along with Front top wishbones from this and a Front bottom wishbones from that, track rods shortened, new hubs and a few more bits.
New dampers - standard
Alignment
Wheels refinished and furnished with some new rubber
Cam belt - with cam gears
Service and tune-up
Windscreen with built in ariel (i'll explain later)
Air-con recharge and tinker
New fan motor
A few switches and lights
Paintwork re-furb
Rear panel respay (getting rid of small dink and large unsightly arial)
Thats about it bar the shouting Oh and I will post some pics, I don't want to grovel but you lot have some amazing cars - you have encouraged a bad (good) habit
