Default 928s with Lambo Doors

Has anyone installed the vertical door risers in their cars?

I'm in favor of the door on Lamborghini's. Doing an aftermarket retrofit, not so much. The structure of the car is not designed for the upwards scissor doors. The aftermarket kits that open normally a few inches, then swing up are not the same.

With all due respect to the answers to this point.
He asked a question. He didn't ask for criticism. He could probably get that from his wife/girlfriend without alerting the whole Rennlist forum.

What happens when one of these "beauties" lands on its roof (and yes, a lister or two has done just that!)!? Guess you could always kick out a window

That 1st pic of the black widebody looks very trick. Check out the hood scoops.
The others I'll pass on.

The gullwings are great - although I's hate to know how much weight they had to add way high up there on the roof to make them work.

The forward-opening doors look like a real PITA - basically you have to do the limbo everytime you get in or out.

bc,
First is gullwing - not lambo
The Strosek I'm sure is very high quality.

I love the look - I do not like the aftermarket way people go about installing them.

Those gullwing doors look pretty high when they're open. How are you supposed to reach up there to pull them closed when you're sitting in the car? Do they open and close electrically or something?

The Strosek version looks good, also the headlight mod looks interesting.

Might be a cool look with the Koenig wide body.

I asked those bastards at Strosek about the doors, and they said they won't sell me the parts and will only do the conversion in their shop... How does that help us outside of Europe!?
