I love that color. Is it factory or a respray?

Her Kuhn always seems to put together some pretty bad a$$ projects. I for one can not wait to see the S4 TT.

The color is close to the factory rose red metallic...I think it has more red in it, not totally sure though. I think it has Hecker on it.

IMO...it isn't about doing it as cheap as possible, it is about doing it correctly. When you lift the lid on this car is looks quality and done right. You fail to mention you gutted your AC and moved the radiator all over creation just to fit that system. That's fine for a one-off, but it isn't what people who buy this stuff want to do. Removing the AC is not an option for me or any future customers. We don't all live in a frigid climate you know! (but I did once marry into one Additionally, this car is a piece of 928 history that has been successfully upgraded and brought back to life. It is one of just 5 cars ever produced from an era when turbo work was nearly black magic compared to what it is today. Mr. Callaway has to get some of the credit here...his innovation still beats in the heart of the Triple-T. The money into this car is well less than 1/2 what the previous owners spent just on rebuilds over the years. The previous, previous owner claims to have spent some $20,000 on this car before selling it to the "Wisconsin Destroyer"

If you think the results on this car are impressive....just wait a couple more months...I know I'm way behind schedule...but my real job had me strapped this summer...I've been working a lot of weekends from home and what was left was consumed (LITERALLY) by the Triple T. Triple T is now gone and I turned in my 670 page report at work last Friday...it is time to play!

To answer the question....yes this car was a MAJOR pain to sort out...but I can now actually park my Audi in the garage!

Glad you all like the photos.

No disrespect but from the under hood pictures on this car, mine looks up to par with yours. The website only shows the initial build and not the final result. I’ve posted this before that the intercooler project was not a success (limited by the SC) and the system is back to the original non IC setup. The final Intercooler had two Volvo cored welded together with custom end tanks (it looks like a custom IC). But since it didn’t work with the Paxton SC, I didn’t feel the need to post pictures of it. The radiator has since been relocated to the original location. I agree, removing the AC to install a supercharger is not an ideal setup, but for those who don’t have an operating AC this becomes a non issue.

Now to guess if people would buy a kit like this is highly speculative. If the price is low I’m sure it would sell. This goes the other way too. There is probably also a market for top of the line, high dollar turbo systems too.

Nothing with a centrifugal is up to par with a turbo setup in my book.

That's right, this includes the excessive cost of the TT too!

Your original comment was regarding the “quality look” of the setup and not the performance. So how is this comment relevant to that?

Can all persons involved with forced induction please post a full frontal nude picture of themselves in a new thread. Then maybe we can finally end this "biggest D*ck contest" once and for all.

Hey Mark, keyboards are like $10 - do us a favor and buy one without a stuck key.

Thanks
