I noticed the 1 x 4 in the pictures, but I have to do the same on my 928. I don't feel so bad that I haven't ordered my hood struts yet, knowing I am not alone. I hope to be able to come next year, if Hell 2 is put together.

If I counted correctly we had 18 sharks (two of which were mine). Of the 18 we had one DR supercharger, one Murph supercharger, and my Mike Spiegle/Andy Keel #2 resurrected supercharger. One of the 928 was LT1+ powered. We also had a Cobra kit car, a 911 that was driving by and just stopped in, a Boxter driven by Hacker-Pschorr, and a 930 Turbo.
Tim and I stopped an 86.5 on his way fishing - tried to get him to come along (well, actually lead us since we were lost - 2 blocks from the hotel).

Only one thing beats the site of looking at your 928 sitting in your garage after not seeing it for a month....thats driving it!
