I believe that you have a good problem to have. You are probably making more power than me, so even with a similar fuel map, you need more fuel or you suffer being lean. It is ok to be at or near max values in the idle=cruise map at the high MAF load levels in my opinion. In case your WOT switch is lazy, you will be as rich as possible - less risk if the WOT switch doesn't trigger right away or heaven forbid fails (WOT switch triggers the LH to add the extra fuel from the WOT fuel table).

If you are lean at tip in, the WOT table has cells to add fuel all the way through the RPM range, so you probably just need to have some of those lower RPM WOT table cells with higher values (add even more fuel at high MAF load / lowish RPM). I needed a good two hours of road testing/tuning to really get it the way I liked.

I have #30 injectors.

Sebastian is running the same chip as I am and he can attest to the no tip in.

All cars are slightly different, so in an ideal world an individually mapped LH EZK for each car should be used.

As Dave is using new MAFs then one of the largest variabilities between cars has been addressed with his kits, and so his standard EPROM should suit all cars prety well.

Actually, with DR's kit you re-use your existing MAF - well that's what he did on mine.

Well, my rebuilds are available from 928 International, 350 USD exchange. That's about as low as they can go...I rebuild them in batches of 10 or so each time, so larher quantities don't proportionally take any less time. Any the rebuild is not something to be rushed :-)
