Default Front Door Speaker Removal 1986 928s

I have successfully pulled the door panel on my 1986 5 speed 928 in the hope of replacing the front speakers. Does anyone know how the speakers are held to the door panel? There is an aluminum plate which surrounds the speakers, but it is not clear to me how the speakers are being secured. I don't see any screws or a bracket holding the speakers that can be readily removed. Does the speaker grill on the outside of the panel come off. If so how is it removed? Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanx, much Rixster. Incredibly, the first one I tried came right off with hand power. The others seem stuck solid. I see some small notches on the inner ring of the one I removed which I might be able to slip a screw driver in for leverage but the leather on the panel surrounding is pristine an I can see a chance for damage. Any suggestions on an alternatives to free these up? I wonder if Porsche makes a tool for this (that doesn't cost $10k). Is there some common tool other than a screwdriver which might help?

Put a thin, flat piece of wood or plastic about 1/16 inch thich next to the area where you are going to pry. Exert force against the wood or plastic (putty knife?) which will spread the force transmitted to the leather and reduce the liklihood of marks, indentions, etc.

I think that the grill itself is a large nut... Turn the whole thing like a lid on a jar of peanut butter... then there should be 4 screws holding the speaker in....
