1980 4.5L 928..Well it seems that this rebuilt pump lasted about 500 miles before it started leaking. Is this common? I guess I will give another replacement pump a go... it is just frustrating to go thru this process again. Has anyone had problems with using the "orange" New GM Type coolant with the water pump seals? I used this type coolant and a bottle of water wetter like suggested in many posts. Now I am going to be out another $50 bucks in new oil, and around another $30 coolant, I wish the water pump people would cover these costs as well.
