Default K1 Spring - Can anyone lend guidance?

I've got the filter and gasket, new modulator and synthetic fluid for my tranny service on my 85 Auto US. Looks like the K1 spring is highly recommended and since it will be apart, I'd like to do it. I am going to SC in a couple of months and I want the tranny to be worthy before hand. If you order one, does it come with instructions? If not, anyone have any pics?

Thanks

There was a fairly recent post on the K1 kit install into the valve body IIRC, but I couldn't find it. Anyway, it is basically a two part plastic piston that must be assembled to capture the supplied spring ... and correctly inserted into the forward edge of the valve body. It is one of those intuitive things, provided you remove the current one correctly. If the old one goes "sproing" on you, you better be inventive.
