They look like factory wheels and will fit fine without spacers. Fitting with S spacers may require rolling and/or flaring. Smaller (<21mm) spacers may avoid rolling and/or flaring.

86.5's must have a different off-set than your 84. I had the cup II's with 255 on the rears (with stock spacers installed) and no rubbing, not even close!
