Default ott crossover

Does anyone have a picture of a Louis Ott crossover- not installed? I found one local to me for sale and I was wondering if it was the real deal.

Thanks Jim

The seller has a 87' 928s4 and he claims the test pipe he is selling is an Ott pipe.

right, and it probably is. here is a pic of the motorsport crossover. It is not Otts, but motorsport picked up production on Otts, so its esentially pretty close.

Ott, Cloutier, and Motorsport look similar, but Motorsport has a lot less pieces and welds. There were also H-pipe test pipes made for 928 Specialists and there are quite a few 1-offs of test pipes out there. If it looks like Zoltan's pic, it's probably an Ott or Ott-based X-pipe.

I believe this is a genuine Louie Ott Xpipe, the pic coming from his web site.

here is a picture- this looks more like an H pipe to me. Does it look familiar to anyone? Is it worth any extra HP? I am currently waiting for Dr's xpipe but this popped up recently and got me thinking.

Might call it a test pipe - no cats. Vaguely resembles the factory H-pipe. What's is that little tube for??

people have posted much larger gains with the X over the H. The H posted looks like a modified factory and still even has the air pump connector welded to the middle to not need to get rid of it. Funny thing is it looks like the air pump is going right to the 02 sensor which would REALLY throw off the readings

Hi it looks like the little tube is for the air pump feed into the cats, it looks like it was installed on the H pipe as well to keep the plumbing working but not really affecting anything as there are no cats
