Default pod installed

sorry for the poor quality pics, taken with my camera phone.. the final solution for the tacho signal is to reprogram the unit for 4 cylinder operation. the 928 ignition is like two seperate 4 cylinder systems.

Hi Nick

Wow , great looking dash...apart from the missing gauge,,,that space on the right is perfect for a Nitrous Pressure gauge

All the best Brett

brett, im just waiting for some simple minded individual to do the r&d on a 928 nitrous install before copying their hard work ha ha! i will be really interested to see what youve done in this department. the guage on the right is a dual digital, intake temp and pressure. im reaaly pleased with the result so far. next weekend i drive to germany and the ring so that will be a test for the robustness of the install! the wiring behind there is really bad... possibly worse than what you find in the passenger footwell?!

oh john, its terrible... i designed the new cluster around the tach and now ive had to pull it out and send it back to racetech and im so impatient!! they will be struggling to get it back to me before the end of next week when im off to the ring, at least ive got a shift light indicator (omex unit) to let me know when i reach redline, if its not back in time.

Oooh dear ! If they convert it to 4 cyl, then you can just use the normal 928 tach feed, can't you ?
