DR screwed me... TWICE!
Hi everyone. Well at about 10pm last night I took my first drive in in my new 928GTTS (that last TS is Twin screw). I'll post video when I have a chance later tonight or tomorrow. But you can see the finished product below.
HUGE thank you goes to Tony. Without his assisitance, it would not have happened. ALso I need to thank DR, Jeannie, Randal, Flott, Drew, Don, FlyingDog, OldT, and a whole bunch of other people who I can't remember off the top of my head, but youl know who you are.
THANK YOU!
Here's the finished product: 928 Specialist's Twin Screw Supercharger System # 0005.

Congrats Andrew!!!
We were trying to call you all day on your cell to see how things were going, but it kept going straight to voicemail.
Glad to hear it's eating up road miles!!!

Wish I was able to stay around and see you guys finish it up.... Looks GREAT! You'll have to post a nice little AVI with the sound bytes from it. Those supercharged engines sound awesome..!

Andrew,
You are more than welcome. Hopefully you are all tuned up by now and on the road back home. I was glad to be there for the install and help out in the little ways I could and be there for the startup.
Priceless moment number one: your face when the MAF, pulse sensor and EPROM issues were resolved and your 928 started up and idled just like it did preistall, was only topped by priceless moment number two when Dave then proceeded to pull the throttle and your beast awoke with that angry growl and that mid-pitch winding twin screw shriek. The grin was ear-to-rear. Great fun. Thanks for volunteering you car and letting us all take part, contribute and learn.
