Default Cylinder head weights

Guys I would like to know what the 4V head weighs, the 2 valver heads without valves is 10 kgs and with would be around 11 kgs, anybody got a head they can weigh? Please say what the weight includes e.g are the cams, lifters etc fitted or not.

I can weigh some without cams or caps, but with valves. Be right back.

Okay, they are heavy, and would be heavier if you add the weight of the cams and caps.

40 pounds as I described. Add almost a good 10 pounds for cams, caps, seals, and cog.
