I am a relative young gun here... and always learning. so, might someone tell me what this is? not a sway bar... I know what that is... but weltmeister?

Weltmeister is a very rigid and thick sway bar that is no longer produced. Someone else would have to chime in on the differences between a stock, DR's and Weltmeister.

I originally had the Weltmeister front swaybar on my 79. (last 7 years) This bar was produced in the late 80's, I think they made them through the early 90's. I switched to DR's because I eventually wanted a bigger wheel and tire setup with no rub up front. The Welt bar is very, very beefy. Better suited for the track I would imagine. Man, Brad, I think you got a steal on my bar!!!

I see... anyone know anything about swapping swaybars and droplinks from an S4 to my 81? I managed to get some stock S4 swaybars from a fellow lister (thanks again john) and I plan to swap... they are thicker, and I have been told will be a direct swap... anyone know anything about this? am I getting myself into trouble here, or will this be worthwhile as I believe it should be?
