Recovered my stolen 928 at last !!!
Hi Everyone
GOOD NEWS... after about 1.5 years I finally was able to track down the crook that ran off with my supercharged widebody 928, see my website for details,
www.marcus3.com
So now I have a new project again, the car body is in excellent shape, not Red anymore but a dark gun meta grey metalic, very nice paint job so I am thinking to keep it this color, the interior on the other hand, oh my.... it's totally "pimped out" and will have to be replaced, the interior was black leather but now it's a dark blue/purple with silver piping and silver seat inlays. All beautiful workmanship I must say but not my style so out it goes. The wheels are not the ones I had on it, they look ok but again not my style so off with those too....
The engine I will pull out and inspect the bottom end, no telling what shape the internals are in yet, it does run and the oil pressure is excellent, all in all this is looking like a 6 month project
I enclose a pic of the exterior and interior to look at, anyone want the interior ?

Hi before you pull the engine i would do an oil change if the oil looks good IE no metal particles floating around, I would leave the engine alone but I would inspect the Timing belt, and check the tension

Definately inspect all aspects of the engine, looks like she did a little "too fast, too furious" time.
Good to see she's back home.

Congrats Marcus! I like the widebody. Actually, the color doesn't look all that bad! I must say, that while it may not be in accordance to your personal taste, it looks like they did a really nice job on the interior. I'm just glad the shark has come home!

I saw the episode of "pimp my ride" where this car was the subject. If I recall this one was done strictly to X-ibit's personal taste. Just kiddin', Marcus. Glad she's home.
