Hello everyone, I'm a long time lurker, first time poster, now in the market for an 89-91 5 speed. I've located a candidate shark in the Easy Bay, but have talked to both John at Valhalla (in Lafayette) and Kahler's (in Dublin) and apparently neither 'do' 928's anymore ? I'm looking for a recommendation for an indy or a dealer who'll do a good, thorough PPI. Thanks!

You might try European Motorsport in Livermore. The owner's name is John and his number is (925)373-3878. He is a bit expensive on some things but he seems very knowledgable and very thorough.

Where exactly is the car? Livermore is not exactly East Bay anymore - it's quite far out East.

If It's feasible to get the car to Redwood City, I'd take it to DEVEK. The only other place I know that has some 928 knowledge is in Oakland.

 

Devek would be the best....unless you can talk Bill B into helping you out in Alamo!

 

Rob: I replied to your email, but delivery failed. I don't have any other suggestions. If Nicole knows one in Oakland, that would be far closer for a car in Lafayette. And Livermore and DEVEK would be about the same distance.
