Thumbs up Finally.

Its done and running better than ever, it felt so great to drive it again, what didnt feel great is when I got to the gas station it was $3.20 a gallon, compared to 2.80 when I parked it.

Congrats on completing the manifold area overhaul. That's a challenging procedure. Sharp hoodliner too.

I dont remember that at all.


The hood liner is made from some sort of rubber foam, thats something you'll have to ask Rob.

Ross, sweet job, man!! I followed your thread, and am sorry you had to go this route right after buying your car, however, now that is done "you" get to enjoy the fruits of your labor. You get the satisfaction of knowing it is done right, your understanding of the air/fuel induction system will be a valuable asset should you have to trouble shoot later down the road. Congrats!!
