The new poster of "JUSTIFICATION FOR HIGHER EDUCATION"
tv was spot on when he called this pic in the TB party thread. I think Ron Perry took the photo. Very cool !!!
Not sure if the justification for higher education is the correct thing to call a group of 928's these days Maybe it should read, THE BENEFITS OF READING THE WSM!
Never the less, I DO like this picture!

Keith,
You have no idea how funny this really is. Saturday while I was at Tim's house installing the supercharger, he had 4 928's in his two upper garages, Todd's car in the driveway. We were standing back talking about taking a picture, and recreating the poster "Justification for a higher education".

This is the only shot I took with multple cars, Tim's S4's are in the other garage where Rick is standing.
Funny when you consider the Red S4 in the background has more than double the HP of the two OB's in the foreground:

I have that poster somewhere in my pile of posters I've collected over the years. Need to frame that one for the garage.
Tim's house is pretty sweet, and he is the best host you could ever imagine.

I have that picture in my garage right now and the tailights light up. Too bad we couldn't have parked them on the patio overlooking the city.......

Keith and others-
Exactly what you said. I spent almost more time looking at the 4 car garage, the brick driveway, the 2 point lift and the other general points of interest. Damn.
Here's a thought, a 928 gathering of local SOCAL 928'ers, early summer, I'll bring a 10-15 pack of filet mignons and various libations; can only envision the built in BBQ and lounging area in the back yard/patio.

We've kicked around the idea of a built-in BBQ, but can'd settle on a location. We have a big 4-burner rolling unit that sits outside the kitchen-via-the-garage door unless we are entertaining on the rear patio. Then, it rolls towards the rear area so I can cook and socialize at the same time. One built-in wouldn't be the same.
The garage has only three oversized parking spaces. Technically it's big enough to hold four cars easily at 48' wide inside, but I have cabinets, benches, toolboxes, the table saw, etc., along the sides, plus walking space, so we only try to put three cars in there at a time. There's room in the end bay for a two-post lift, and the floor and all the wiring is there for it. I just don't want to have that post and the arms in the way when it isn't in use. I do have to say that a lift would have been a little handy doing the TB job. I'm getting a little old and stiff to be climibing up and down under the car. Plus, to get the front up high enough on stands to squeeze the semi-rotund dr. in there, it's maybe a little too high to do all the work over the nose and radiator.
The 'early summer' gathering, if it's here, will probably be a wash-and-shine session rather than another three-shift wrenching session. We'll do more analysis and less crying. We'll keep you all posted.

Here's the original should you want to buy it.

However, I would be careful as every other site indicates this version is NLA. For example, click on the Buy now for this attractively priced one.

One of my son's high school teachers has the original poster hanging up in the classroom. Smart teacher.
I like Keith's.

I guess I am a lucky guy having owned a 91 GT, a few 944's and now a 944 turbo Cup.
If I get some edumacation I might be able to afford a Porsche that is less than half my age.

I just looked at the picture again, with the caption.
It may be that higher education means you don't have to work on your cars.
I often wish I was as smart as I often think I am...
