Default Racing shoes

I'm looking for a good pair of reasonably priced racing/driving shoes to use at DEs. Does anyone have any recommendations? The G Force GF-235 looks good on the monitor. (No, my monitor doesn't wear shoes!)

I have the high-top Gforce...not sure of the model number. Been very happy with them.

Shoes and gloves don't seem to be much of an issue. I have the GF high tops and they are fine. The place I wish I had spent more money was on the racing suit. The inexpensive ones are much thicker and hotter. But the nice suits are 3-4 X as costly. Highjacking your thread, but commnts on race suits would be helpful too.

I'd love to be able to find a place that sells them to try them on. Anyone in the DFW area know of any?

Looks good, I'm too cheap to spend that much.
