Replacing shocks at 130k - is it time!

Bilstein will valve these shocks anyway you wish. A lighter car with heavier spring needs something different.
Its the same example here:
You are away from a driving experience for quite a while - visiting inlaws and driving thier car every few months (or even years!) or possibly you travel widley out of your own household, and come back drive your family car -
You will notice the changes here, and the regular driver will say "it felt fine to me,"
And the question is "Compared to what?"
Honestly, most 928s are sagging on the rear springs, and need them as well - springs and shocks all around.
Ball joints, Arm bushings, sway bar rubber - all of these are wear items.

I think the rears are shot on mine. I have a nice coating of oil on them. I assume from leaking seals in the shock. To bad these shocks aren't rebuildable like the Ohlins I used to run on my MX bike.

Well, I should have looked before I replied. Ohlins does make shocks for cars. I'll bet these things are spendy. Definately the way to go if you want a tunable and rebuildable shock.
