I'm seeing matching orange interior seat panels.
The panels 'tween the side bolsters.
I'm a sucker for 2 tone seats.

Well... currently there are still 6 different colors, materials or textures in those door panels. Removing one probably still doesn't qualify for minimalist...

Yep = that'll look great!

Now, if you can move that little switch panel with the AC and power lock switch underneath the AC controls, you have a more logical and ergonimic setup, where the more often used (audio/nav) elements are higher up and more in the driver's view, while the lesser used controls are further down without being out of view. The AC and door lock switches are rarely used while driving, so they can be last... Just a thought - not sure, if it's even possible.

Edit: Ooops - forgot that you have the RESET button there also. Well, that might be needed while driving, so the above might not be the most practical for your car.

So maybe a bit like this then....

And no its not mine ...but it is a GTS - looks like they had a little trouble fitting th AC/lock panel at the top - a squeezed overlap - but AC looks good. Overall a good matching look I think (VW MFD System). Malibu has a similar layout I think the switch panel could go below the Nav or AC and there seems to be spare space below the AC in ths layout - the AC head may be to deep to go any lower though - the switch panel would fit in much less depth (I know the panel well). I think the reset switch is functional even there at the bottom.
