Well, it does serve a function. One of my favorite things about the shark is all the glass. It is also one of my least favorite. I have my rear window and quarter glass tinted almost as black as the car. I think between June and July here we had over 17 days over 100deg. These cars can get hot as hell and ruien the beautiful leather inside. I will stick to my tint because I HATE rattles and this is just another place for one.

Good design though. Anyway you could use that laser and faboricate some new front grill pieces? You could use yours as a guide?

Thanks,

And if it looks good, who knows? might be a market for these (but at a good price point), lots of 928 rear windows w/o louvers out there, lol (joke). This is kinda what I'm picturing in my head, just a quick mock up... (save the flamin, it's just a discussion)
That's exactly what I was hoping for.

Sad but funny. Time to refill that prescription.

Great looking louvers I really like the ones that appear to be on the inside.
(seriously, no sarcasm implied)
*ducks and runs off.

What JUST happened between post 45 and 48 that it all went to heck?

Any body mod is personal taste. They call it "personal taste" for a reason. Not every one will like it. I think if done right the louvers would be good ( very 1980's) but I don't expect everyone to agree with me. Thats why I'm not a Democrat.

well not All democrats....

to the psycho bipolar dude... WOW.. chill...hadd a lot of good response in this thread... .

i like the pic with the thin ones that look like interior ones...

some cars fit louvers better.. i had them on my 1st car... 1980 camaro i got in 85.... Loved them and they lookes sweet on it..

Mustang mach ones look bad without them... they are almost mandatory on them... other fastback mustangs are the same...

with all the curves on the 980 louvers are a tough fit to look right...

i thought yours looked great, just needed to be lower for my taste....

Remember YOU started this thread and put your work out there.... This forum is is NOT like your wife asking you if that dress makes her a$$ look fat.... If you can't take criticism, unfounded or not, don't throw something out there....
