I just payed to be a member. How long does it take for my avitar to say im a member? Are listers more eager to help if you are a member? Just wondering.
Even if there is no difference its well worth the money to support such a wonderful forum.

You have to send each member of the 928 forum ten dollars before they make the switch. I will PM you my address. You didn't think Rennlist was really only 17.00 a year did you? Gotta read the fine print!!

I usually don't pay attention to that... some do. Usually the only time I look is when I'm about to remind someone to put their model year somewhere in the signature. No point suggesting it to a non-member...

keep requesting from the head administrator(pm him directly).Mine took almost 10 mos.!
In the mean time you might take some abuse from a few R-list
"gatekeepers" who will label you a leach or not assist in your help post if they don't see Member in your avitar.

Also it will take forever to get your member designation if you do not specify your username when you pay your dues. If 'Bob Jones' pays his dues and does not tell them his username is 'Slammed9280pwnsj00' they will not be able to make the association and add the red text.

If you did that, you'll want to PM for some help.
