I woke up this morning and this is what I found. A girl slammed intomy car last night. The police cought her last night. She blew a 1.8 alcohol level. So I called her insurance and they said they can not do anything until the talk to her so I went to her house and woke her hung over *** up. Does anyone have a 86 or newer for sale. This really sucks.

I am not sure if it is totaled but trans suspension are finished. Oh yeah the hood is buckled from the impact. The car was pushed about 25ft.

 

Get a lawyer and sue the hell out of her!!! She was drunk - what possible defense can she have?

I think you mean she had a .18 blood alcohol level...because at 1.8 she would be dead! That sucks man..hope she has insurance...probably doesn't since she ran....bummer

It's worth whatever it takes to make it as if this never happened. That should be your position, and if necessary get a lawyer to help you make it stick. Start searching for 86.5 ads on ebay & AutoTrader etc. and print them out. Keep the ones that are closest to the same condition/mileage as your car(higher price preferable) on the top of the stack, then when the time comes produce the top half of the stack as evidence of replacement cost.

 

Note: keep track of what it costs you to rent a comparable car(yeah right) for the duration of the fight. You're entitled to that $ too.
