Default Torque Value Correction Factor

Anyone know the torque value correction factor that should be used when using "never-seize" or comparable thread lube?

I believe that all torque values assume a light coating of lubricant on the fastner. Could be oil, anti-seize or locktite. I don't believe you should ever torque something down with dry fastners!
