I'm not sure on the return for 2 extra stalls added to the rear of this garage. Might come in handy down the road if a future tenant has a boat or something. If I can get some buddies together and help throw up the walls, I'm sure that $10k could be dropped a few thousand. The $10k figure was full retail from Wick.

Granted, once the Cobra is finished I will be better off....so many projects, so little time & money.
Or you could get a real one.....

I was there a couple of weeks ago Andrew......don't sweat it, our money still screams.....especially in the hinterlands.......Gotta admit though, it is shocking how much the cost of a lap dance has gone up in the big city.....

Do I take it from this thread that given ample space not having to worry about parking cars underneath but solely for mechanical purposes the recommendatio is for 2 post lifts?
ps.........our resources are becoming more and more valuable; keep sending the USD; bottled water is now extremely expensive compared to our better beer!

Nope, that picture was taken last year, the C4 was in the air....no problems with the suspension. BTW the shop is heated. This winter my 928 is on the lift for exhaust mods and wheel well cleaning......I put the TR6 in the barn and my sleds reside on the floor below my 928.

I park a second vehicle under mine when needed as well. No issues. The concrete was just what the builder put there 4" IIRC. I heat my garage as well so I can work on the car year round
