Need To rent shark!!!!
Looking for a fellow rennlist to rent me a shark, around the New jersey, NYC area. My brother is getting married in August 2006. and all my other brothers are renting exotic cars.

whats the matter with your's.??? If you leave early, and have been taking care of your 928...New York, would be a great adventurous "road-trip"...tons of fun I'm sure. Elsewise...theres always the tyical airplane/ Camry trip... But hey... if your heart is set on "renting", a "Shark"... Remember...let the buyer beware. Liable to end up on the Jerry Springer show, or somesuch... lots of people in the NYC area probably "willing" to rent you a long out of production "supercar" for the weekend .

Lance forget the 928 rent a Kia and a very high class "Escort" the brothers will be more impressed...More so if you have a wife AND she is with you ....

lol nice advice. jim. i'm not trying to impress them just want go along with my brothers wishes that we will all drive sports car to his wedding. and i'm married to very hot escort looking women already. but maybe for my brothers B-party hmmmmmmm.

If you can find and exotic car rental business in NYC, be prepared to pay alot more than what they would normaly cost in LV. When I was in LV, I was amazed how cheap was to rent Viper or anything else for that matter.
Here in Toronto a Viper rental is $+1000 for the weekend and you only get 100kn (60mi) for free the rest is around a $1.xx/km. The only company that rents exotics is owned by the Hell's Angels!

I agree with the poster who said Drive The 88. It's what the car was made for. OTOH, a Supra Turbo is an interesting comparo. Please post your impressions either way.
