THis is a ONE OWNER S4 5 speed. The car is completely original paint, void of rock chips and door dings. The leather, carpets, and interior panels are in like new condition, not faded, shrunk,or warped.THe car comes with original manuals, tools, air compressor, luggage nets, service tickets. The car has a fresh set of Yokohoma tires, wheels are nice with good original paint and void of curb rash. The run and drive is very FAST,strong, and Tight! If you have been looking for a good example, contact me at 303-838-1111

It does sort of seem he misrepresented the car!

That was the deal when we looked into buying the car, it was really misrepresented and that was by the Doctor owner in Texas, who owns it now? The other first owner?

It was a real battle getting the photos we wanted of the car, they just kept sending the same set of photos regardless of the requests we made.

BTW, it was missing the front spoiler then too...

The car is completely original paint, void of rock chips and door dings.
translation:
Small door ding in the pass door and another one, more distinct just behind the pass door.......Small crease from the left rear marker to the wheel well openning. Crease and dent just behind the left door, crease and touch up paint under molding mid driver door.
The leather, carpets, and interior panels are in like new condition, not faded, shrunk,or warped.
translation:
leather is very hard and dry and cracking just starting again.
...void of curb rash.
translation:
Most of the wheels have a little curb rash, not bad but the lips have been curbed.
Wow. Goes to show you how deceiving some eBay cars can be....and the guy has 100% feedback! Go figure.
Also goes to show you how important a PPI is!

Glad someone got to see it. My guy was out of touch. Good luck to the buyer.

That is exactly the story he told me. The D.A. begged me to prosecute. Looking back, I now see he was right.

Randy, contact me if you think this guy might qualify as a scammer. I will give you the goods.

cfc,
You really came through on that PPI. You got right on it, and set many of us straight on this not-so-straight deal.....maybe even prevented a regretful transaction for someone on the list. I'd buy you a beer if I lived in CO.

Before I went and looked at this GT I spoke with the broker and he said he'd just gotten it in and hadn't gone over the car yet although he mentioned it was really fast. It was at a shop that was going to look it over and give him an report of what it may need in repairs on Monday. He was leaving today on Sunday to drive/deliver a car to california so he wasn't going to be back till later this week.
Personally, I'd be extremely upset if I bought the car based on his description and the pictures. I expected to see a very pristine and cared for GT. The car could be made nice but there would be a lot of work and expense to make it that way.
