Rixter, now that you have the house... save the twins!
Beg Pardon????? Dawg I know you as a level-headed fella usually ... but you honestly like the Euro FIAT TRACTOR $2 lights they accidentally bubble-gumed on??!?!?!!!

DANG. US front marker and rear are absolutely stunning.

Red looks good in black and silver cars. Rixter posted picture of a trashed silver/Can-can red car a few months ago. It looked great... even though I hate red cars and interiors. You could also redye the leather as long as it's in good condidtion. There was a thread recently on how well the SEM dyes work.

It's more the placement and number of them than the styling of the actual lights. There is so little light to the side of a 928 that it needs a side marker. The single centrally mounted small light looks much better than the large lights at each end.

...either way it would look better than my car with 2 Euro markers and 4 nonrecessed FORD marker lights.

I just love the sunk, flush lights that look unlike the lucky-packet ones they superglue to Euros.

H, flush means less visible. If they're not visible, why have them?

no they're visible, they're just more integrated, not tacked on.

Matt, following that logic the headlight should be Massey Ferguson; the tais need to be U-Haul trailer and the side need to be my garge security light ..... our very very very incredibly very young friend said it best

Say whatever you want. I'd rather have fewer properly positioned, small, visible side lights instead of twice as many poorly positioned, giant marker lights that look like tractor trailer reflectors. Wait, wouldn't that make the useless US markers trailer trash?

Both are recessed into the fender. One just sticks out more to be useful. How does that make either one 'tacked on'? More cars have US marker lights 'tacked on' than Euro markers.
