Normy,

A few years back, I was in need of a 928 head light cover as the PO of that car had over tightened a screw and cracked mine. I looked all over Vancouver, and Surrey BC, but had no luck.

A couple days later my girlfriends friends VW jetta's heater fan went. I had just seen quite a few jettas so I said I would go pull one for her. When I returned to the yard, I found a black (color I needed) perfect condition headlight cover sitting in the back seat of a jetta by its self! All the Porsches were at this wreckers other yard down the street, and very very little 928 items.

What's with that hey?

Is it karma?

Maybe that snake of yours was needing a beat'in or something.

For 2K it isn't bad as a 928 but it would have to be a track car for sure. It needs some help. You might get 4-500 for some of the interior parts but again it would have to have a purpose.

Must have been a Canadian snake- down in Florida for the winter. Half the cars in town today have either an Ontario or a Quebec license plate...

the mold is an issue for me, it says it was under a building that collapsed in a flood, but the car wasn't flooded, yet look at that mold colony on the back seats... You could farm those back seats for penicillum....
I dunno, mold is one thing I will NOT accept in any of my vehicles, and having owned a car with a leak problem and spending several hundred dollars for a remedy to the issue, not a fix, I'm not eager to go through it again. I'm not going to drive a car with mold in the carpets, seats etc....
I call bs. this car's been flooded.

the add says.." It looks like the building it was stored in fell on it. It is not flooded it just has cosmetic damage. " So basically he has NO IDEA what actually happened had nothing to do with the car before and is selling something he recently bought.

If it's so cheap to get it up to snuff, I always wonder why the owners didn't just "fix it up" before putting it on ebay to begin with...

he's just flipping the car and knows zero about 928s, I asked him if he had any paperwork on the odo swap to back up the mileage and he basically says it hasn't been changed and he doesn't need to talk to me about it since he already told me it was original odo....

Anyone else notice the euro fenders and rear fog light?!?! This could be a great find. Isn't there anyone in that area that can take a look at it? If the mileage is correct and its a real euro (doubt its a fake), this would be an awesome car in the right hands....
