Yes, All warning lights come on (except Voltage) at key position 1.Then at start they all extinguish. Then whilst driving - eratic warning light.
Oil pressure stays at max, even once engine is warm.

Gentlemen, GOOD NEWS!

It was the Oil Pressure after all. I had removed cleaned the wires to the sending unit and had replaced them incorrectly (Backwards). This is what caused the bizarre flashing Warning Light. I put them back correctly and VOILA all is well. Oil pressure fluctuates correctly and no warning lights.
