Transmission quick fill port

Well... I'd imagine that the only dots that would need connecting are to get a fitting with the right threads, a piece of hose, and some way to move ATF under pressure. These fittings will generally hold to thousands of psi after disconnecting, check the specs. I'm not so sure about using a power bleeder, as I wouldn't want any trace of brake fluid in my trans(if it were an auto). You'd have to clean it VERY thoroughly. Oh, and look for a fitting that can be fitted with a dust cap, usually offered by the Mfr.

Hello,
Wally kindly directed me to this thread, as I have been looking for a vendor of a DN 7.2 (Deutsche Norm, 7.2 mm plug ID, I believe) quick coupler. No one I've contacted in the USA knows what a DN-type coupler is. The closest I came to success is with an engineer at Parker's Couplings Division. He vaguely knows of the DN standard, and admitted Parker does not make such fittings. I found a few vendors in Germany showing the correct fittings on their sites, and have sent email inquiries about shipping to the States. These companies seem to have minimum order quantities of 20 pieces, so perhaps one of the Big Three would be interested in buying a lot of these for resale to us.
I'll keep you posted as to my progress...
Best Regards,

Well "I'll be a suck egg mule" or words to that effect.
Thanks for pointing that out this will make my stick to auto conversions even easier.
