All images I've seen of carrara grey interiors showed it darker than it actually was.

Just picture carrara marble - a white marble with grey "veins", now think about the leather not being white but light grey, and the veins being only the "softer" ones, the ones that fade better and don't have avery dark center. Well, that might be a little hard to imagine... But if your leather is one even color, it's certainly NOT carrara grey.

I attach an image of two other colors that you see in 91-93 models: Classic grey combined with light grey. Maybe that helps as a reference.

91 catalogs are not exactly plentiful out there. I have one US version and two German versions in my private collection. I also have the 91 color chart, salesmans' fact book, service information, and a few odd things from that model year... Oh, and I have a 1:1 scale model, too!

I could be persuaded to let go of one of the German brochures, if someone makes me a good offer. It's in good but not concourse condition.

- signal green (never seen in US)
- mint green (never seen in US)

I haven't seen these on any late model 928 and would not want to see.

Nicole
The classic grey light grey combo looks good! I still like the all classic grey better!

Do you have the color chart for the 1988 MY? If you do could you email it or post it.
Thanks

These color charts are not electronic, and too large in size to scan. If you ever come to my house I'll let you take a look. Otherwse I suggest you look for one on ebay.
