Hi!
My name is Michael or Boomerang Baba and I am new to the list! Great to finally be posted here! I have a 5 speed 92 GTS that I am trying to get some serious power out of. Does anyone know what the actual hp is on this engine when original? ANd secondly, when I removed the cats and put non-legal steel pipes , I noticed that the car was quite a bit stronger! (and allot louder...!) What is the hp gain for removing the cats you think? Cheers, Michael.

Get an X pipe to replace what's left of your catless system, and replace the GTS cams with GT cams to get good power from a GTS.

GTS power.
Thanks for you response!
I will look into that, because I cant drive with this set up legally anyways. I am seriously contemplating to put a supercharger unit back on my car. I had one before, put it was so poorly done that I had to take it off...It was dynoed at 464 hp and 589 Newtons. But the engine didnt run smoothly and idled at over 1150 rpm. It got way too much petrol and I think I need another injection system.
ARe the original GTS cams appropriate for supercharging? Thanks again. Michael.
