This should be re-named Porsches, Turbochargers and Women for my situation... Hey, she can't take the heat...then get out of the garage. I can also fix my own food, thank you. My ex never quite got it... She claimed to be understanding of the situation, but deep down inside I believe she hated the sight of the silver and gold(member) sitting in the garage.

I was always of the opinion that if you have to give up something you love to do to please a woman...then you must be with the wrong woman. Never again...

I have learned to double the price of any big purchases I make to arrive at the "true cost"!
Remodeling the house has bought me a lot of grace, but I'm quickly using it up by trying to work on all three of my "toys" at the same time! Luckily, the Porsche runs fine & won't be torn down until I have enough funds to do it right!

I dated a once who was really into cars. That was great, but I due to other reasons, I never took the big leap with her. The I did marry doesn't really care much for cars, as long as they look expensive & she can drive them. I couldn't get her in the garage if I tried! At least I get a little "me time" now & then!
