Is there a single part -- ANY PART -- that you'd actually want off this trashed vehicle?
I'd take the 5-spd for the better syncros (I assume it doesn't really have 999,000 miles on it).

It could win a few wash and shine competitions - in regions where there are no other 928s to compete in this class...

I dunno--I'm a sucker for cars like this. "Needs Work" calls my name. I don't even have a garage (yes, the one I am working on is out in the driveway {half on the lawn}). Give me a car with a running engine (OK, so the one I have wasn't running--IT IS NOW!!), needs a BUNCH of minor stuff done, and I'll be happy as a project car.

Its a five speed! And if its a 86.5 - I want the brakes as well!

If I could I would ...........

Anyone want to go in a "Parts" car. I just want the entire five speed assembly - fron to back

You guys can have the rest!

Can anyone say "5-speed conversion donor?"

I'd be more interested in what looks like a Triumph TR3 back there.

Seems like a good deal, despite trashed interior...

Set of sheepskins, cut some new rugs out of that **** we took out of mom's trailer last year, a little Armor-All on the insides and the tires, a quick wipe with Turtle-Wax-- We have a Wilhoit candidate.

I'll bet the distortion on the front end could be pulled out with a come-along and a dent puller.

All this negativity!

Looks like a bugeye Sprite Front end sitting on the TR3 rear clip.

I'd be more interested in the red Plymouth Fury in the background, if it has a 413 Wedge cross-ram.... or in the red Porsche in the first pic. Either is probably worth several times the current high bid on the shark...

How does an interior end up that way? At one time was that used as a lion pen as well?

That's a woman in the background??? I gotta get a new pair of glasses.
Probably a good project car for someone so inclined at less than 1000, probably a big disappointment to someone at the current price.

Don't forget a pair of gloves so you don't need to touch that steering wheel
